At Acrospire Press, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase, please follow the directions below to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns:

New Condition: Books must be returned in new and unused condition. We are unfortunately unable to accept returned books that show signs of wear, damage, or any markings.

Timeframe: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@acrospirepress.com within the one year of your original purchase. In your email, please provide your invoice number.

Return Process:

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@acrospirepress.com. Provide your invoice number and details about the number of books you wish to return. Please also include details regarding how you would like the refund payment to be processed (i.e., check, ACH transfer, etc.).

Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your return meets the conditions mentioned above.

Packaging: Pack the books securely in their original packaging (if available) or in a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned books and confirm their condition, we will process the refund. The books will be refunded at the price at which they were initially purchased. Shipping and handling of books is non-refundable.
